BCUC

BCUC, for Bantu Continua Uhuru Consciousness, comes from Soweto. The seven members of BCUC are part of the generation that grew up in the last hours of segregation in South Africa.

On stage, they deliver their story by rearranging the traditional Nguni and Tsonga rhythms, and propelling their voices between soul and punk rock. A concert that promises to move heaven and earth and take everyone in an irresistible trance.

OMAR SOULEYMAN

Omar Souleyman began his career as a singer of weddings, before becoming the icon of the world electronic music whose tracks are listened around the world. Essentially inspired by the repertoire of the Syrian dabke (played on the occasion of weddings), her love songs on a background of saturated Oud also borrowed from Iraqian and Kurdish music.

Accompanied by a keyboardist and a drum machine, Omar Souleyman combines oriental sounds and electronic trances for a great call to dance. Abrasive and bubbling, his melodies transcend and communicate a prodigious energy.
